Water Heater / Boiler Troubleshooting

If there is an immersion boiler in the property to control the hot water, it is located in the hot press (photo below).

 

Can you please try to turn on the heater switches as below?

 

The immersion will need to be turned on approximately 1-2 hours before you require hot water, you can adjust the settings as you prefer.
